QuickSilver Parts Interchange
While many mechanical parts are directly taken from the Fiero, still other parts were taken from other cars and their parts bins. In other cases, the Fiero parts themselves are no longer available.
Intake Manifold "QuickSilver" plate
The 1985-86 Fiero had a decal on the intake which was removed by Zimmer. For 1987 GM machined the Fiero logo into the intake, necessitating this stylish part. Originally aluminum, these are now beginning to show their age on many. These reproductions have been made in stainless steel, laser etched and enamel filled. Automatic Transmission Shift Boot Bracket
While this is a Fiero part, is has long been discontinued, no longer available from GM and virtually all used ones are broken. Re-drawn in CAD and 3D printed in either FDM or MJF, these are available either with or without a new boot in either leather or vinyl. Available from DeLoreanGarage.com in Spring 2024.

Instrument Cluster Printed Circuit Board
Another discontinued and no longer available Fiero part, this is a reproduction made using an original Fiero part as a guide. Zimmer is known to have made a modification to these based on a visual inspection of the one in QuickSilver #7149 - these are unmodified and should be modified by the user to match the one you remove from your QuickSilver. Available from DeLoreanGarage.com in Spring 2024.

ZimmerRegistry.com re-created the manual - still with 84 pages, but bound like a softcover book - using an original as a guide. Illustrations were re-scanned and a new cover page, with a new full-color QuickSilver illustration by the designer D.A. "Don" Johnson. Only 50 were printed in 2022, and each one is hand-signed by Don Johnson, too!. Learn more here.

Front trunk courtesy light - Perko 1146DP112V is original replacement part, suggest replacing incandescent bulb with LED.
Another option that is the same size would be the Command Electronics LED RV Dome Light if you're not so concerned about keeping it original. Some adjustment to the inner trunk carpet and backer board may be required with this part. Thanks to James for these two!

Door panel courtesy light - GM part #20508576 is the original part, used on 1985-1993 Cadillac DeVilles. Thanks to Sajeev for this one!

Power steering - Zimmer used a modified Mercury Merkur power steering rack, GM pump 7842630 and pulley 1246472, a special remote reservoir, and custom brackets to hang the assembly on the engine.
